Be On Time Please

I typically run my schedule on time or maybe a few minutes early.

I appreciate when clients also arrive on time for appointments 

as the time that has been strategically reserved for your services

is important to both you and me and the other clients before and after.

If you are going to be late, please text me 612-756-8637

as the timing matters as to if I can still get the service completed without rushing in the allotted time slot.  I prefer not to rush anyone's service so you can have the best experience possible.

there are times when I will not be able to complete the scheduled service

if you are too late for the scheduled service and you will be charged the original service price if a shorter service or substitution is needed.

24 Hour Cancellation/Change Policy -

Since everyone's time is important, there will be a 100% service fee for any rescheduling or cancellations that occur with less than a 24 hour notice.​

Cell Phones -

Due to the nature of the services with the hands, it is asked that your cell phones be kept in your purse or pocket for the time of your service and the volume turned to silent or vibrate as others in the building can maximize the calm environment of their services.

Returned Checks -

A $40 service charge will be added to the amount of the check that has been returned by the bank.
