Face Coverings -
A face covering (surgical, cloth, bandanna, etc) must be worn when entering the building, during the duration of the service and exiting the building.
This is mandated by the MN Board of Cosmetology, the Governors Order from 5/20/20 and the City of Minneapolis (5/29/20)
Hand Washing -
Clients will be required to wash hands with soap and water inside Perfectly Polished before any service appointment. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this is required by the Minnesota State of Cosmetology Board rules for licensees.
24 Hour Cancellation/Change Policy -
Since everyone's time is important, there will be a 50% service fee for any rescheduling or cancellations that occur with less than a 24 hour notice.
6/1/2020 - due to the current COVID-19 pandemic,
only the client receiving services will be allowed in the salon at that time. No children are allowed due to social distancing rules currently.
Cell Phones -
Due to the nature of the services with the hands, it is asked that your cell phones be kept in your purse or pocket for the time of your service and the volume turned to silent or vibrate as others in the building can maximize the calm environment of their services. We need to minimize touching of surfaces during services.
Returned Checks -
A $40 service charge will be added to the amount of the check that has been returned by the bank.
